Three pillars of sustainability

We challenge ourselves and take responsibility by setting high standards for our own sustainability work. Our sustainability strategy is divided into three areas of concern:

Employee well-being is at the heart of our employer profile and sustainability efforts. We also care about our customer relationships, engage with the local community and have an active dialog with other stakeholders. We believe that a thriving workforce and positive external relations are crucial components of a sustainable business.

Trust, responsibility and innovation

Ethical business practices are the cornerstone of our commitment to trust and responsibility. It means taking responsibility for our suppliers, sourcing processes and human rights considerations. In addition, we are dedicated to promoting innovations that contribute to a greener environment. By integrating ethical principles into our core business, we aim to be a trustworthy and forward-looking group.

Climate and environmental impact

In the Nordic region, our homes account for one third of CO2 emissions. This places demands on us both as suppliers and as consumers. The industry as a whole is undergoing a major change. With our service offering in property maintenance and energy solutions, we want to continue to be part of the change.
