On December 31, 2022, the number of Class A shares was 11,348,394 and the number of Class B shares was 2,000,000. The share capital amounted to SEK 3.4 million. Both A and B shares have 1 voting right.

As of November 30, 2023, the number of Class A shares has been increased by 468,897 through new issues during 2023, which means that the total number of Class A and Class B shares hereafter amounts to 13,817,291.

The company has three outstanding series of warrants, two of which are listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market. For these warrants, four warrants entitle the holder to exercise one share. For all warrants, the exercise of new shares will take place at a price of SEK 115 per share no later than June 30, 2026.

The total number of new shares that may be added through the exercise of warrants not held by the Company amounted to 1,432,017 shares on November 30, 2023, corresponding to a potential dilution of a maximum of 10.4 percent. However, the practical dilution may be lower than this as the Company has the possibility to decide that the redemption can take place through various procedures including so-called net strikes.
